Mead. Lager. DIPA. All This Friday.
Bounce back from turkey day with a TRIPLE DROP of fresh releases at our taproom!
Prepare to have your palate blasted with not one, not two, but THREE new releases at our taproom! This Friday, we’ll be adding a flurry of freshies to our taps, and you won’t want to miss any of them! Check out what’s on the docket:
- New Batch of Mead - Sweeter than our prior batch but still made with a base of orange blossom honey, this mead is warming, with floral and light pineapple-like notes. This mead will be available on tap (6oz pour) but will not be available to-go.
- Collective Perspective Volume V West Coast Pilsner - The fifth release in our series of travelling collaborations with Girdwood’s Girdwood Brewing Company and Juneau’s Devil’s Club Brewing Company, this is this series’ first lager! This diggity-dank crispy boi displays notes of grapefruit and red fruit from additions of Strata, Mosaic and Anchovy (more on that in the next newsletter) hops. This beer will be available on tap and in 4-packs to-go.
- All the Pretty Lights Hazy DIPA - Featuring New Zealand Riwaka and Motueka and American Idaho 7 hops, this full-bodied haze-fest showcases notes of blood orange and mojito. With a malt bill heavy on the malted oats, this bad boy is smooth as can be. This beer will be available on tap and in 4-packs to-go.

This sale will run online and in store Thursday, November 23 through Sunday, November 26. Our taproom will be closed Thursday, November 23 and Saturday, November 26, but our online store will be open on those dates. With the exception of stickers, all merchandise is eligible for this discount. No other items, including beer, cider and non-alcoholic beverages, are eligible for this discount.
Our next First Friday will be on Friday, December 1, and we’re thrilled to welcome local potter Heidi Morel back to our taproom! Heidi’s handcrafted mugs, bowls and plates always fly off of the shelves, so be sure to get here on First Friday to get first dibs at Heidi’s creations!
Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.
Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries is scheduled for Monday, December 4. We’ll be restocking your favorite bars, restaurants and retailers with BSBC staples and new releases.
