Debuting this Friday, it’s our first mead! Brewer Jack Bennett is the proud creator of our pilot batch of mead, and everyone at BSBC is excited to share this new libation!

Orange blossom honey is the base of this mead. Pleasantly refreshing for weighing in at 14.5% ABV, this mead is wonderfully dry. Expect your palate to be greeted with floral notes and flavors and aromas of freshly peeled apples and Soave wine.

Our mead will be available on tap at our taproom only (no to-go) and will be available while supplies last. Enjoy!

Fall Brews

Autumnal equinox is here, and so is our annual brew of Solar Comedown Hazy DIPA! Showcasing aromas of stone fruit, passion fruit and papaya, Idaho 7 hops play a starring role in this year’s brew. This seasonal favorite is supremely drinkable and always goes quickly, so swing by our taproom to snag a pint and a 4-pack of both this and Alasktober Festbier before they’re gone!

New Food Trucks

ICYMI we’ve had a couple of new food trucks out on our patio! We’re thrilled to welcome Sweet Prik Thai Asian Fusion and Campr to town! Who’s ready for beer festival season?! Mark your calendars for the first annual Boots & Brews Beer Fest on Friday, October 13! This festival is sponsored by Denali State Bank and presented by the Brewers Guild of Alaska. Ready to get in on the fun? You can buy tickets, sign up to volunteer and see who’ll be pouring HERE.

Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.

Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries is scheduled for Thursday, October 5. We’ll be restocking your favorite bars, restaurants and retailers with BSBC staples and new releases.
